Notes on Availability:

The best time to get our full menu of pastries is 8am-10am and our breads are generally more available between 10am-12pm. You can call ahead to reserve a bread but not pastry. Placing a special order online at least 2 days in advance is the best way to guarantee you get exactly what you want.

Most days we are nearly completely sold out by 3pm, but please feel free to call (804-788-7672) to check.

We are currently working very hard to find a place to help expand our production capacity and continue to provide the best pastries and breads we can.

We source organic grains (wheat, rye, corn) regionally and stone mill our own flours. All of our breads, tarts, and quiche are made exclusively with our own freshly milled flours.

All of our breads are naturally leavened (except ciabatta) and vegan.

We bake everything in our double deck wood fired masonry oven.

We are here to showcase the bounty Virginia has to offer.
